The Crowne Plaza Hotel

The Crowne Plaza Hotel has 293 spacious and comfortable rooms looking out over the city and towards the Andes mountains. Facilities in the hotel include the Splash Fitness Center which features a gymnasium, sauna, tennis courts, a whirlpool an outdoor swimming pool and massage treatments. Wi Fi or High Speed Internet connections are available in the hotel at an additional charge.

The Crowne Plaza Hotel

An allocation of rooms is being held at the Crowne Plaza at the specially negotiated rates of US$175 for Standard Single Rooms and US$179 for Standard Double Rooms. Please note the room allocation is on a first come first served basis and once these rooms have been booked the room rate is subject to change.

In order to guarantee room reservations the hotel will require a credit card from each guest upon reservation request. This credit card, will be charge with the total nights request at check out.

Room rates are subject to 19% VAT and include a breakfast buffet served in the Enrico Caruso Restaurant from 06:30 to 11:00 AM.

According to current legislation, all foreign guests who are not Chilean residents and pay for their hotel rooms in American dollars (cash, travelers checks or an international credit card) shall be exempt from the payment of 19% local sales tax for their personal expenses.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made between day of confirmation and 1st of March 2010 will be subject to one night penalty per room cancelled.
  • Cancellations made between 2nd of March 2010 and 1st August 2010, will be subject to 2 nights penalty per room cancelled.
  • Cancellations made between 2nd August 2010 and 1st October, will be subject to 3 nights penalty per room cancelled.
  • Cancellations made between 2nd October and day of arrival will be subject to 4 nights penalty per room cancelled.
  • No shows, will be subject to total nights reserved penalty.
